when will luck come to us?

Hallo I‘m Taurus Rat 84 and my husband Capricorn Dog 82.Since 2017 we didn’t feel lucky at all. This year too. We‘re already tired with our condition.When will our luck come? 2020? 2021? And what job should we do? Thank you.
