How to collect tickets from Shantou station?

Hi, which counter should I go to collect my train tickets at Shantou station? How long before departure should I go to collect tickets and how long before departure should I be at the station? Also, can I collect my tickets for a train departing from Shenzhen at Shantou station?

I am not sure about the counter number, but they are the same as these used for buying tickets. I followed their suggestion to go station 1.5 hours before train time. It took maybe about 30 or 40min for me to line up.
