About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

Student Visa Expired

My student visa expired on July 31st 2019, I’ve over stayed in China for one month and two weeks. Is it possible for me to get my student visa renewed now? What would the fine amount to?

Not really since you have overstayed for too long. They can only give you an exit visa once you have paid the 10k CNY fine and completed the possible detention.
