About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can I fly into Shenzhen and out of Hongkong with that 144-hours-visa?

I'm flying in from Thailand to Shenzhen and would continue on to Russia from Honkong. Is that allowed?

Yes it is, but you have to do it following the steps:

- Your flight from Thailand to Shenzhen has to be nonstop and you will present your ferry ticket from Shenzhen Shekou port to Hong Kong to be allowed to use 144 hour visa free transit in Shenzhen.
- After your arrival in Shenzhen, you can enjoy 144 hour visa free transit and you will also here present your ferry ticket that you will have to book before your departure from Thailand. Please, keep in mind that the departure time of your ferry from Shenzhen to Hong Kong has to be at least 24 hours and 1 minute after your scheduled landing in Shenzhen. You will book your ticket from Chu Kong Passenger Transport website. In case that you don't need to travel to Hong Kong city, you can take immediately a ferry to HKIA Skypier
- You will have to take exactly that ferry you have bought your ticket for. Keep in mind that you will, after your purchase, receive an e-confirmation that you will use for visa free transit purposes and in the end, you will use it to collect your real ticket for a ferry at Shekou port.
