Recent practice shows that Malaysian citizens are eligible for Zhuhai and Shenzhen visa only in case if they have been granted a Chinese visa previously by embassy or consulate. If you have been granted a Chinese visa previously, then you have to bring the passport where that visa is clearly visible and you will be able to obtain a Zhuhai visa at the border crossing between Macau and mainland China, preferably at Gongbei crossing that is, by the way, the most used crossing between Macau and mainland China.

Yes, you do. You should bring your old passport with you where your used Chinese visa is. I hope they are both in good condition.
