About:Chinese Clay Figurine Museum

US -> Beijing -> Seoul

To be eligible for 72-hr visa, does the flight reservation has to be in 1 itinerary? Or can it be one way reservation from US to Beijing and another Itinerary from Beijing to Seoul?

Thank you so much for the information! We were finding different info online re: 72 hr and 144 hr so thanks for confirming! Chinese consulate still had PEK as 72 hr but Air China had 144 hr. Thank you!

Actually, traveling to and from Beijing, you are looking for 144 hour visa free transit and not 72 hours TWOV because 72 hour TWOV was replaced by 144 hour TWOV a couple of years ago.

The answer to your question is that you can have tickets of any types, including separate ones, so one way ticket US - Beijing and another separate ticket Beijing - Seoul are perfectly eligible. The only detail that is not allow is to travel on standby tickets.

Please, use correct terminology because it is 144 hour visa free transit, so there is no visa at all.
