About:Requirements for China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

Am I eligible to get a permanent residence permit?

I’m Italian , I’ve been married with my Chinese wife for 7 years now . I’ve a stable job as a consultant, she works too as a teacher, but we don’t own any house. We’re on a rent (simply can’t afford to buy a house here in China) Am I eligible to apply for a PRP?

Marco, if you don't have a fixed asset, ie, a property, in China, it's not very likely to gain permanent residency.
