Family Visa

Hello there! I was working in Harbin and recently changed jobs and moved to Inner Mongolia. My husband is here on a Family visa, we're both foreigners. My work visa from Harbin was recently cancelled and I've got a new one here in Inner Mongolia. My husband's family visa from Harbin expires in March 2020. So my question is: is his family visa from Harbin still valid although my visa was already transferred to Inner Mongolia? Second, we tried to apply for his Family Visa here in Inner Mongolia, but they said our Marriage Certificate is not valid cause it doesn't have the Chinese government stamp. Is that a real requirement? How come in Harbin they accepted our Marriage Certificate, which is legit, and in Inner Mongolia they don't want to accept it? Could you help me solve this, please? Thank you very much.

Your husband's family visa is still valid. Your husband should had your marriage certificate authenticated by the China embassy in your country before he applied for the family visa. It is probably that the Inner Monolia is a special region and they have more strict rules about the visa.
