About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Holding thai passport transit in China

If Thai passport will travel to USA and transit in Wuhan for 3 hours then will back to Thailand in another 11 days and transit in CAN airport, do we need to get visa or eligible to 24 hours TWOV? Thank you 🙏🏻

Your first itinerary is definitely eligible for 24 hour visa free transit (TWOV), so you don't need any kind of visa for your transit through China. I assume that your second itinerary is eligible for the same visa free transit scheme too, but you did not mention the time you will have to spend in Guangzhou, so I'm unable to confirm that. In case if your transit in Guangzhou is less than 24 hours, you are eligible for this visa free transit option (TWOV) too.
