About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Overnight layovers in shenzen and fuzhou

I am traveling from oregon, USA to Tokyo. I have a 15 hour layover in shenzen, followed by a 23 hour layover in fuzhou with the connecting flight to tokyo. Can i leave the airports? I heard fuzhou doesnt stay open all night!?! What are my options? I leave in a week.

The first detail you have to be aware is that you are not eligible for any kind of visa free transit scheme, so you will have to obtain a Chinese visa in advance. If you do that, you will easily exit the airports whenever you want.
