About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

S1 visa

Hello,
I am Polish and will be applying for a working visa in Poland. My husband is British. Both of our names are on the same invitation letter issued by Chinese government. Can he apply for S1 visa with me in Poland, or he has to do it from UK?
