Collect trains tickets at the station

Dear sir or Madam,

I have a train tomorrow at 7.49pm Hong Kong West Kowloon station to Xiamen, can I collect the tickets at the train station ?
If Yes, at what time do I need to be in advance for the tickets ?

West Kowloon Station should start for service at 6am, you may need to be there around that time.
