I read in some forum's that exist some buses after midnight. In other they say for line 1 (07:00-last flight) so last flight means something like 23:59 or indeed they run after 00:00?I have found a flight arrive at 1:45 and want to know my options except Taxi for to go to Main Railway station.

Don't worry, you can take shuttle bus line 1, which operates till the arrival of last flight of the day, and of course after midnight.
