About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Cruise employee tour visa

My son works on cruise ship arriving Shanghai one day to South Korea then Tianjin 3 days then South Korea. Can he get a 144 hour visa in Tianjin port to sightsee with me ?

144 hour visa doesn’t exist. Nationals from 53 countries don’t need any kind of visa to transit for 144 hours, but South Korea-China-South Korea isn’t a transit.
