Re applying

Hi, I have had three M visas in the last year. as I am a Spain citizen I can not get more than 3 month with two entries. Is there a time restriction between applying from one visa and the new M visa? One person in the consulate told me I have to wait 3 months before applying again but I can not see that info anywhere.

Normally, you have to wait for 3 months.
