About:China Work Visa

VISA MESS

If I were to marry a Chinese woman, and go from Tourist visa to marriage visa, and have a TEFL with no BA, would I still be able to work, and would I get in trouble?

There is no marriage visa in China. After you get married, you could apply for the S visa for longer stay, but you still can not work with S visa. You have to apply for a Z visa for work, but the Bachelor Degree is a must for Z visa.

you could get s visa in china ,but it is illegal to work here . Z visa required bachelar degree at least . but you can afford the expense , you could use 6 times salary to add talent score to apply .but need to pay high individual tax every month. i sugguest you to get a degree in china university during these times .
