About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

Recorded message in Chinese

Today, about one hour ago, I received a telephone call with a pre-recorded message in Chinese.
I know a little Chinese and could understand that it was from the Chinese embassy, but do not know what the message was. I am a US citizen with a Chinese visa that is valid until 2025 and was issued in Tokyo.
What could the message have been about?

James, I also read it from another post stating the same situation as you. I think it's a scam and you just need to ignore it.
