I will have a 15 hour Layover in Beijing airport. Are there sleeping pods?
If so, how much do they cost?

There are pay hourly lounge in the airport. It is suggested to ask staff after you arrival. And generally speaking, you can easily find the place based on the detailed English signs at the airport.0
