Do I need to have a proof of our relationship as boyfriend girlfriend? And do I need to have also my bank statement? And how much should my bank statement have?

No, you needn't the proof of your relationship with your boyfirend. If your boyfriend is your sponsor, let him provide his bank certificate of deposit balance for latest 6 month and write an guarantee letter showing that he will pay the travel expenses for you. Then you don't have to submit your own bank statement. There is not a specfic number of the money should be left on the bank statemant, but it should show that you could finance the trip.
