hi, i would like to book tickets from shanghai to hangzhou.

I’ll be coming from PVG so I do not know the exact time I’ll arrive at the train station in Shanghai. Can I change my ticket for an earlier or later train once I arrive at the station?

If the ticket price is the same, you can make the change for free. If the new ticket price is higher, there could be a 20% ticket price change fee occur. Hope this information can help you.
