About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

Overstayed in china 3 months.

My friend, is overstayed 3 months in china, supposed to be shes looking forward to work in china, but she was SCAM by a agency what should she do?

she should turn herself over to the police and tell her experience to the police.

Be very careful an on going case the same as this and we are told she could be in for 7months pending enquiries and even then after that maybe longer
