About:China High Speed Train

where to buy tickets, including authorized ticket offices

Hi:
I need to take high-speed train from Guangzhou South to Chaoshan on October 22nd.
Can I have my friends, in Foshan, buy the ticket for me, in advance, with my french passport's copy? And where are the possible places, besides Guangzhou South railway station, please? Thanks.

Yes, you can send a copy of your passport and ask your friend in China to buy ticket for you. Except Guangzhou South Station, other stations like Guangzhou Station and Guangzhou East Station works too. I am not sure about the ticket offices. If there is one nearby, your friend can have a try first.
