PCR /RTK TEST AUTHORISED BY CHINA EMBASSY

we are intending to sign off 21 chinese crew(seamen) to china .understand airlines requirement that travelers/citizens to china require to carry out PCR and RTK test in 2 different clinic's 48 hrs before boarding.Pls confirm the list of panel clinics authorized in state of selangor/kl by embassy to carry out this test.
