About:Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

Transit at Guangzhou (international to high speed train and vice versa)

I will fly from Singapore to GZ to take the high speed train to Guilin. I would like to find out
1) transit procedure at Baiyun airport via international flight
2) where to take the high speed train station from Baiyun airport
3) how much time should I cater for the transit from international flight to high speed train (and vice versa)
4) transit procedure to Baiyun airport via high speed train (when I return from Guilin via high speed train)

1. Flight arrival - Quarantine inspection and border inspection - Luggage claim - Customs inspection - Inspection and quarantine - Leave the airport
You can just follow the signs of the airport, don't worry.

2. You can take Metro Line 3 from the airport to Jiahewanggang and transfer to Metro Line 2 to South Train Station. It takes about 70 mins and costs CNY9.

3. At least 3 hours.

4. The same way as you go to the railway station.

For the high speed train from Guangzhou to Guilin, is it correct to take from Guangzhou South station?

Yes it is. There are numerous trains to guilin station or to guilin north. Check on 12306.com.
