confirmation of cancellation

Hi there,
I need a confirmation of the cancellation of our train from Guilin to Shanghai Hongqiao on the 10th of august. It was cancelled because of the typhoon. Can anyone tell me how to get this? Thanks!

It is a pity that there was never such confirmation or document offered by railway company. If you booked online with a website/agency, you may contact them to see if they can help you with some kind of document instead.
