International to International transit in Beijing with 3 hours

We land around 4:30 pm, how long is the transiting passenger lines normally and then what is the usual security line times at that time of day. We were considering paying for a transiting service , but with no fast tract or priority lines probably a waste of money? I also take it that it’s fairly easy to follow where to go next. We are in the same terminal for both flights.

Well, I think you don't need to pay for the transiting service. For international to international transit, 3 hours are enough. Don't worry. Upon landing, you can finish the procedures as soon as possible based on the detailed English signs at the airport.
