Can an Indian transit from Macau to India via Guangzhou under 24 hour TWOV?

Hi, Can an Indian transit from Macau to India via Guangzhou under 24 hour TWOV?
Travel: Macau to Guangzhou(BUS/TRAIN) and Guangzhou to India (flight)

Unfortunately, this is not allowed. In general this option is unavailable for all citizenship and not only for an Indian. The only way to use 24 hour visa free transit in Guangzhou would be to take a bus/ferry to Hong Kong and to fly from there to Guangzhou.
