About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

Is this considered as overstay？

Hello, my visa will expire tomorrow on 24th, and i'm eaving tomorrow same day at 7am early morning to HK.

Visa expiration does not imply overstay. The duration of stay indicated on the visa is what matters. You are permitted to remain in China as long as you have not overstayed your duration of stay.
