About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

2 hrs layover in Beijing

Hello,

I will fly from Switzerland to South Korea with layover in Beijing. The layover will be 2 hours.

We will not leave the international transit area. In this case, can you please confirm that we don't need a "24 hour visa free transit"?

Even if you don't leave the airport you are using the 24 hour transit without visa. You just need to let the airline know when you check in that you are doing the 24 hour transit without visa. You just don't need to go through the entry permit process and just go to the 24 hour transit line.
