Urgent help please!

So I am in the airport in the phillipines and they are not sure if I qualify for the 144 hour transit, because they are struggling with working out the timings. Everything else is okay.
I arrive on the 21st of this month at 00.05 am and leave on the 27th of this month at 02.55am. The time starts at midnight the day following the passengers arrival, meaning the clock starts counting at midnight on the morning of the 22nd. Meaning I spend 5 lots of 24 hours then almost 3 more hours for the morning of the 27th.as my flight is the early hours of the morning on the 27th (26th nighttime).
But they want to count the 27th as another 24 hours even though I leave with only three hours of that day spent there. They have emailed Beijing Airport but I'm scared they havnt given the accurate information

Rosalia, actualy the 144 hours should be counted from the following day after your entry.
