Visa for Brazilians abroad

Hello! I have a passport from Brazil but now I am working and living in Nuremberg - Germany. I have intention to travel in 3 weeks from Frankfurt to China in order to attend some business meetings during 4 or 5 days and come back. I need a "M" visa to do that, correct? I need to collect all documents requested and go directly in the CVASC in Munich to get the Visa? How to proceed by the right way?
