About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

Dual Nationality ; Declaration of visa I've been granted & countries I visited

Hi, I have a US passport and a Korean one. If I apply for a Chinese visa in the US with my US Passport, should I declare the former Chinese visa on my Korean passport and countries where I visited with my Korean passport?
