About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi - when transiting, is there a minimum time that you need to be in the third country?

For example, if it is US - Beijing (72 hours) - South Korea - US, does a stay in South Korea for just a few hours still qualify you for the 72 hour transit visa option? Thank you.

It doesn't matter how long you'l lstay in the 3rd country.
As long as you have a touchdown, everything is fine.
