About:Visa on Arrival

I am travelling from London to Bangkok.

I have a layover in Shenzhen (19 hours) so was staying in a hotel to get some sleep for these 19 hours.

This is the same on my return back from Bangkok to London.

Do i need a visa for SZ, if so which is the best, how much and where do i get one from. Any help appreciated

Ab, you don't need any kind of visa because your itinerary is definitely covered by 24 hour visa free transit. Just one tip. You should definitely book your accommodation in advance, before your arrival in SZ and print out the confirmation. You will apply for 24 hour free entry permit upon your landing in SZ and you will enclose your accommodation booking confirmation with your application. After a short control of your documents, you will be allowed to exit the airport and enjoy your accommodation until your departure.
