Tourist visa for Shenzhen

Hi, I am an Armenian citizen with a valid HK ID, can I apply for a tourist visa to Shenzhen n Luohu?

Armenian citizens are eligible for Shenzhen VOA, but you should be aware that the price for Armenian citizens is 420 CNY. Yes, you can apply for this visa at Lo Wu / Luohu border crossing.
