About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Two airports in Beijing

Landing from Helsinki in Beijing's new airport (PDX) on 23/12 07:00 am, heading to Kuala Lumpur from Beijing capital airport on 24/12 02:30 am (less than 24 hours). Which visa would fit?
