About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Multiple Asian Countries

I’ll be landing in Beijing and spending 2 days there. My following flight leaves Beijing to Singapore through Seoul. Then I’ll be flying to Bangkok and from Bangkok back to China. But I’ll be landing in Shanghai and flying back home also from shanghai to the US after day and a half.
Is a Visa needed?

Viviane, so you have two layovers in China?

1. US- Beijing- Seoul- Singapore
2. Bangkok- Shanghai- US

If I'm right, then you are eligible for the 144hrs visa-free transit for both legs of the trip.
