Hi, i have a double entry category L tourist visa.

I have used one entry already, and have one remaining. My visa says enter before 27 August 2019. Does this mean for my second entry I have to enter before that date? Or has it been activated by the first entry so There is no expiry?

You have to enter before August 27, 2019 to activate the second stay duration. Otherwise, it will expire.
