About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Jakarta to Guangzhou, stay 2 nights then fly to Seoul

Can you apply the 72 / 144 hours visa free transit for the following route: 6 Aug Jakarta to Guangzhou, 8 Aug Guangzhou to Seoul? Has confirmed tickets with seat number, and also hotel confirmation in Guangzhou.

Yes you can since this itinerary is definitely eligible for 144 hour visa free transit in Guangdong province, but you have to check whether your passport belongs to the group of eligible countries. Unfortunately an Indonesian passport is not eligible for this transit scheme.
