About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

About the 144-Hour Transit Visa

Can I submit every itinerary of the same company (Ana Airlines Japan) to get a transit permit in China? e.g. Tokyo-Shanghai, Shanghai-Seoul, Seoul-Tokyo.

To be allowed for 144 hour visa free transit, not 144 hour transit visa, you need an eligible itinerary and eligible citizenship. As I can see from your post, you are eligible in both, so the details about the airline, single, return, multi-city or whatever ticket are practically irrelevant.
