Entry/Exit on multiple entry visa

I have a multi entry long term Q2 visa, and would like to stay longer than the 60 day per limit. In order to “renew” I planning to exit the country and then return. Is there a minimum time I have to be out of the country, or could I exit and re-enter the same day?

There is no regulation on the minimum time gap between your exit and reentry.
