About:Lanzhou Zhongchuan Airport

My flight arrives at Lanzhou Airport 12 o clock midnight from Urumqi.

Is there any cheaper accommodation / youth hostel near airport? or any train operational at this time for downtown?

You can stay at hostel in the airport. It is located at F1, T2 with at least CNY135/night. There is no public transport operating at this time.

This is not correct. Presently at the airport. There is no overnight accomodation at airport. The accomodation mentioned at T2 F2 can only be used from 5.30 morning to 10pm night. And it's not cheap. 38 RMB per hour to about 168 RMB for 6 hours.
