About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

No Response after Clicking 'Submit' about Shanghai 144 hours visa free policy.

I have filled out the online form and clicked 'Submit' But am getting no response from the online website.
Also no response when I try to 'save' the information. What am I doing wrong?

The website rarely works. The same can be done on arrival and doesn't take much longer than dealing with the website.
