About:Beijing Capital Airport T3

Are Hainan and Hong Kong air in the same terminal at Beijing Capital Airport?

I have a 7:10pm arrival with Hong Kong air, than I depart at 10:20 pm with Hainan air.
Is this enough time for a connecting flight?

No, HK air is in T2 and Hainan air is in T1. Is your flight route international - domestic? Generally speaking, the transfer time is enough. Don't worry.
