About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit in Guangdong
HKG > Macau > ferry & train to Guangzhou (stay 20-23 Sept) > train to HKG
Hi, I would like to use the 144 hour TWOV rules for my itinerary, and I have booked my flights via HKG (much cheaper than flying into and out of Guangzhou). But I have read that you can only get the 144 TWOV at Guangzhou airport, so I am now worried that I cannot do this. I do not want to have to buy an additional flight from HKG to Guangzhou!
Can you please advise my options? If I have to, I could swap the routing HKG>Guangzhou>Macau>HKG but I prefer to keep the original as my sister is traveling with me back to HKG
