Not living in country of your nationality

My girlfriend and I have Irish & Hungarian passports but we both live in the UK.Her for 10 years and I have lived here all my life.What proof do China require that we live in the UK legally ?

Do you have a residence permit, valid visa of UK or something like this? If yes, it could be used as the proof of legal residence in UK.
