About:Dual Nationality

Hi there. If a person has dual nationality but NOT Chinese (e.g French and German)

should they declare it on their visa application, and if they do, will the visa be refused?

Yes, as I know, you are suggested to declare it on their visa application. Generally speaking, it won't influence the result of application.
