You need a visa for that. When you stop in two transit zones, you’re immediately limited to 24 hours transit without visa.

Thanks, but the 2nd zone is not clearing immigration - its transit for connecting flight only. Is that an issue?

You need a visa due to the domestic flight between Qingdao and Beijing. Multiple mainland landings limits to the 24 direct transit, not the 72/144 hour option.

You cannot avoid an immigration inspection at Beijing, because you are transiting from domestic to international. You clearly need a visa.
