Poland-France-Shanghai-Netherlands-Poland (corrected and detailed)

Hello! Me route is: 29 July Poland to France, 29 July France to Shanghai, 5 August Shanghai to Netherlands, 5 August Netherlands to Poland.
Am I eligible for 144-hour visa free transit in this case? Thank you.
