Of course you can. HZMB bridge offers Zhuhai VOA. The price for VOA for French citizens is 168 CNY. It is advisable that your bring that or a bit larger amount in Chinese currency since it is possible to pay for this visa only in CNY. Of course, there is also an option for credit card payment, but since I don't know whether you possess the cards the immigration requires, the cash is still the safest method. Keep in mind that the facility for Zhuhai VOA is at the artificial island located in front of both Zhuhai and Macau.

Yes, French citizens are definitely eligible for Zhuhai VOA and you can obtain it on HZMB bridge. You will apply for Zhuhai VOA in the huge complex that is located on the artificial island in front of the Macau and Zhuhai coasts. This complex is divided in Macau and Zhuhai sections and you will use Zhuhai section. Inside the complex you will approach the VOA counter where you will fill out a form, hand over a passport size photo and pay 168 CNY. It is advisable to have that or a bit larger sum in Chinese cash. It is also possible to pay by using a credit card, but it is possible that you will not have an eligible card, so you can settle everything with cash. You can obtain Chinese cash at one of many Hong Kong money changers.
